Management, Practice, and law Is a research document that comprehensively explores the various aspects of architectural practice and creates a foundation of knowledge for running and directing a business. MPL Part 1 explores three of the five themes discussed throughout the year. These themes are as follows:
1:The Business and Project Management Theme explores project proposals, new business models, an outline business plan, staffing resource plan, future business plans.
2:The Duties and Responsibilities Theme explores the clarification of codes, architects appointments, fee adjustments, and duties to the client.
3: The Professionalism in a Changing Context Theme explores the utilization of Building Information Modeling in practice, cost controlling mechanisms and plans of work.
