Management, Practice, and law Is a research document that comprehensively explores the various aspects of architectural practice and creates a foundation of knowledge for running and directing a business. MPL Part 2 explores the final two of the five themes discussed throughout the year. These themes are as follows:
1: The 4th theme explores the project Brief, feasibility study, outline statement for the client, members of the design team and procurement routs for design projects.
2: the 5th theme explores the necessary document for planning applications, implications of planning policies, design and access statement, implications of building regulations on design obligations of the client and the designer. design risk assessment, and CDM regulations.
